Hi, I’m Linda Cessay, a certified nutritional therapist and personal trainer trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (UK) and Bodyhack Dubai. Registered with BANT and CNHC, I’m a functional medicine practitioner specializing in female cycle-based nutrition, supplementation, exercise, and lifestyle plans – designed exclusively for queens.

About the Retreat
